How to plan a castle wedding in Tuscany? Get inspired by Shiela and Daniel's story

You have been seeing different enchanting castle weddings in Tuscany and you are asking how to plan yours? The answer is right here!

Imagine a wedding straight out of a fairytale - a union celebrated in a castle surrounded by the lush countryside of Tuscany. Sheila and Daniel's three-day wedding extravaganza at Castello di Montalto was exactly that - a perfect illustration of what a castle wedding in Siena can be. Their special event not only embraced the beauty of the Italian landscape but also encapsulated the warmth and joy that such a celebration brings.

Day One: A Welcome as Sweet as Gelato

The festivities commenced with an inviting Italian tradition: pizza and gelato. Guests were welcomed by the enchanting Castello di Montalto, a castle wedding venue that promised an unforgettable experience. As they mingled beneath the starry Tuscan sky, the aroma of freshly baked pizza and the sweet, creamy delights of gelato beautifully served by Fabio’s gelato truck, set the stage for the days ahead.

Day Two: Love in the Time of Rain

On the second day, as the rain gently fell over Siena, the mood remained buoyant. The castle's ancient stones and verdant gardens, draped in raindrops, served as a serene backdrop for the couple's vows. The rain, often a symbol of renewal and fresh starts, seemed fitting for such an occasion. Guests huddled closer, their spirits undeterred by the weather, as they participated in a celebration that was as heartfelt as it was picturesque. The wedding itself was a testament to the timeless allure of castle weddings. Even as the rain whispered against the marquees, the soft lighting and the close-knit setting made each moment feel intimate and magical. It showed that the true essence of a castle wedding in Siena is not in the perfection of the day, but in the perfection of the moments shared.

Two cultures unite in a symphony of tradition — the delicate elegance of the Filipiniana and the timeless grace of the Barong meet the Italian ritual of the live show Italian millefoglie wedding cake, framed by fireworks. The party was moved inside the white cellar where the only symphony were giggles, laughters and 80’s music!

Sheila and Daniel's castle wedding was a beautiful blend of love, culture, and joyous celebration.
